Embodied Movement
embodied movement with Amber Grothe is an embodied movement workshop for grounding, awareness and creative flow. This page is here to help you quickly understand the experience, feel whether it fits you and take the next step when the timing is right.
What this experience is about
Embodied Movement supports you in coming back to the intelligence of the body. Through somatic awareness, guided movement and creative prompts, you learn to notice sensations, impulses and emotions as doorways into presence.
The practice is accessible and body-led. You do not need dance experience or a fixed idea of how you should move; the work begins with sensation, curiosity, music and the permission to let the body speak in its own language.
What you can expect
- gentle somatic and movement explorations
- creative prompts for expression and self-listening
- practices that support grounding and nervous system regulation
- space to move at your own pace
Amber combines creativity, embodiment and personal guidance, so the session can be both inspiring and practical. There is space for depth, but also for lightness, play and the kind of simple insight that becomes easier to use once you return to daily life.
Who this is for
This is for people who want to feel more connected, present and at home in their body. The approach is warm, intuitive and grounded: enough structure to feel held, enough freedom to follow what is alive in the moment.
A good dance page should answer a quiet question many people have before joining: will I feel welcome if I am new, sensitive or unsure? The answer here is yes. The practice is guided with care, so you can enter through curiosity rather than performance and discover what movement can open in you.
Why people choose this work
People often arrive because they want more than another conversation or another technique. They want to feel connected again: to the body, to creativity, to emotion, to direction or to a more honest way of being with themselves. The work creates a bridge between inner experience and real-life movement.
What you take with you
You leave with practical body-based tools and a clearer sense of your own rhythm and needs. Amber’s work brings together creativity, embodiment and personal guidance, so the experience is not only inspiring while you are there, but also useful afterwards.
Practical details
Wear clothes you can move in and bring water. Workshops are offered in a gentle, consent-aware way, with space to participate at your own level and to take care of your boundaries throughout the session.
